With the festive season in full swing and Christmas Day just around the corner, the A38 campaign group Safe38 are asking drivers to think about safety as they’re driving home for Christmas this year.

Two roadside banners have been updated with a seasonal message – on the stretch of the A38 between Trerulefoot and Saltash.

James Millidge, Chair of the campaign group said: ’We would like to encourage everyone to think about how they drive safely on this road at this special time of year.

It only takes one small driver error to have massive implications for families and loved ones, so watch your driving, keep an eye on your speed and make sure you’re driving home safely for Christmas.’
