The demolition of a bridge during the night outside Plymouth is causing major traffic problems. Diversions on the A38 between Deep Lane and Marsh Mills will continue until 1pm as work continues to the demolished bridge. Traffic is being diverted onto the A30 and Police are warning drivers to steer clear of the area if possible.
