The westbound carriageway of the A38 is closed following a collision involving two vehicles between Trerulefoot and the Horningtops turn-off.
The air ambulance is reported to be in attendance at the incident.
Traffic is moving very slowly on the A38 on the approach to Trerulefoot from the Plymouth direction.
