THE third event of this season's Cornish Times-sponsored East Cornwall Harriers Primary Schools' Cross-Country League is due to be held next Friday (January 13) at Cotehele.

The course consists of pathways, grass and some tarmac so is unsuitable for running spikes.

People are asked to lift-share as parking is limited at the National Trust property.

Each school can only enter a maximum of six children for each race, with the first four runners back to count for the team score.

Also, each school should provide one marshal to help out on the course, and entry monies of £1.00 per child be handed in by the teacher/person in charge of each team when registering, collecting the marshal bib and results wallet. Registration takes place from 3.15 pm and race times are

as follows: Years 3-4 girls: 3.45 pm; Years 3-4 boys: 3.55 pm; Years 5-6 girls: 4.05 pm; Years 5-6 boys: 4.15 pm.
