THE chief instructor of a Taekwondo club in East Cornwall is celebrating passing his fifth-dan black-belt grading to gain Master status.

Dale Trevail, chief instructor of Callington area club TT Taekwondo, has enjoyed further success, with Helena Ryingson becoming his first black-belt student.

Trevail, Ryingson and sixth-dan instructor Master Ronald Horner travelled to Southampton to face a grading panel of Taekwondo masters.
