Nine play in England squad

Nine SouthEast Cornwall bowlers take their places in the England teams at the British Isles Championships in Aberdeen this weekend.

Tom Westlake, Luke Jolly, Ed Dyer and Karen Watson will compete in the fours as the reigning English Champions. Peter Hore and Nigel Nicholls play in the team event rinks. Cornwall’s other squad members line up in the A Team Championships. David Studden plays in the pairs, Gillian Cawrse the triples and Elise Daniell in the team event rinks.

Locally the Inter Area League takes centre stage with North against West and Central against East at Carnmoggas on Sunday.
