Liskeard Athletic are set to continue their tough pre-season programme on Friday evening when they take on Camelford at Lux Park (7.30pm kick-off).

The Blues are expected to be without star striker James Lorenz, who is believed to have suffered concussion in Wednesday’s friendly at Saltash.

Liskeard’s pre-season has been full of difficult tests, with games against Cardiff City’s Under 23 team, and three top South West Peninsula League sides in St Austell, Bodmin Town and Saltash.

They start their SWPL division one west season away to newly-promoted Bere Alston on Saturday August 18 (3pm).
