A Liskeard couple were bowled over when they bumped into former South African cricket captain Sean Pollock.

Gillian and Joe Neville were visiting their daughter Debi Pieterse in KwaZulu Natal over the Christmas holiday period.

‘Whilst they were in South Africa, I took my parents for a tour of one of our elite golf courses and we were pleasantly surprised to see Shaun Pollock,’ said Debi.
