Vandals in Liskeard have destroyed several flower beds on the Parade in a 'senseless' attack.

Plants were ripped up and strewn across the pavements in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Passer-by Brian Elmer, who caught several images on his mobile phone, said the destruction was a 'nightmare'.
