The men’s public toilets at a scenic spot in Saltash were closed after they were vandalised.

It is believed the men’s toilets at Waterside were damaged some time between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Thursday, February 9.

A spokesman for Saltash Town Council said: “This is the second toilet to be vandalised in a week. If anyone saw anything, please contact the police and report it.

“Saltash Town Council reports all acts of vandalism to the police. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”

The toilets at Alexandra Square and the men’s toilets at the Waterside have been repaired and reopened.
