The family of a young Torpoint man who died after a car crash at an accident blackspot have paid tribute to the 'fun-loving 20-year-old'.

Richard Neale, a former pupil at Torpoint Community College, died at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, following a two-vehicle collision at the Lean Quarry junction on the A38 near Liskeard.

His sister, Sam Merson, 28, said: 'He was one in a million. Richard was a fun-loving 20-year-old.

'He loved his girlfriend Casey who he had been with for two-and-a-half years and was just enjoying life.'
