This week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Cannelloni Beurre Blanc and comes from cookery writer Jack Monroe, who says it is one of her favourite dishes.

She features it in her new book, entitled Tin Can Cook: 75 Simple Store-cupboard Recipes, because she says that although it’s a dish you’ll see in exclusive French restaurants, it really is one that you can prepare out of tins in your cupboard.
