Seventy swimmers took part in the annual Janet James Memorial Swimathon at Lux Park Leisure Centre, organised by the Liskeard branch of the British Heart Foundation.

The sponsored swim has so far raised £3,500, from which £700 will be passed on to other local charities nominated by the swimmers.
