Liskeard v Tideford

Liskeard won the toss and elected to field. Bowling by Simon Terry (4 overs, 2 runs, three wickets) devastated Tideford. Jake Gladwich top scored with six.Tideford's eight men were all out for 24 in the 15th over. Liskeard had an early shock losing Kiernan Stribley and Jonathan Sluman in the first over. The second over saw the end of the match with Simon Terry (13 no) and Paul Hooper (8 no) . Liskeard are away to Bude in the next round.

Liskeard have been invited to host the play-off between the winners of Cornwall and Devon areas of the National Subaru U-13 cup on Sunday, July 11 (2.30).

A first ever win for the Looe side on a damp Sunday morning in a nailbiting struggle with fellow rivals Torpoint. Michael Rickard 43 not out and Patrick Pollard 18 proved that regular back garden practice does pay as they steered the side to this cup win.
