Hundreds of people lined the streets of Looe for the annual parade marking the end of carnival week.

Young and old were in fancy dress for the event, which followed a week of celebration in the seaside town.

From Disney characters to a Wild West theme, the townspeople came out to watch or take part in the fun-filled community parade.

Andy French, from Looe Lions, said: 'The weather held off nicely for us.

'There were an awful lot of children there plus all the regulars.'
