St Columba and Torpoint RFC have secured only the second promotion in the club's history.

A 13-10 success over Plymouth-based Devonport High School Old Boys was enough to earn one of two promotion spots in Devon Two.

The Torpoint side needed just a point from the match with Old Boys at Defiance Field to secure promotion – but picked up four in a tight victory.
