Many students across South East Cornwall celebrated yesterday as A-level results were announced.

It brought an end to an anxious wait for pupils, especially those going on to higher education studies.

Students attending the sixth forms in Callington, Liskeard, Saltash and Torpoint were among those collecting their results.
