Looe Music Festival has gained recognition as the only Cornish event to be part of the national ‘BBC Festival Experience.’

Each local BBC local radio station in the country has championed one event in their region this summer under the umbrella of BBC Music.

The Looe Music Festival, which this year runs from Friday, September 23 to Sunday, September 25, was nominated by new music champion David White and BBC Radio Cornwall.

Coverage from September’s festival in South East Cornwall will be collated into a digital collection on the BBC Music website, alongside footage from Glastonbury and Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
