Recently retired after 44 years in the RAF, Bob Lander aims to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats in aid of the RAF Benevolent Fund. 

Aged 62, Bob aims to raise £2,000 through his ride, which starts on Thursday (May 12). He plans a night stop in the vicinity of Looe.
