Staff at Liskeard’s Pets at Home store raised nearly £2,000 through their Christmas appeal to help homeless animals.

Throughout December the team at the store on the Bubble Retail Park worked hard collecting donations to help provide meals for abandoned pets in and around Liskeard and raised £1,917.

This was as part of the Santa Paws initiative run by the charity Support Adoption for Pets, now into its sixth year.

The Liskeard store was able to provide a total of 3,858 dinners to local animals.
