Outgoing Liskeard Mayor Phil Seeva has won the Menheniot ward by-election to Cornwall Council for the Conservatives.
The results of the poll on Thursday are:
Charles Robert Boney (Liberal Democrats) 472;
Martin Thomas Menear (Labour) 67;

Richard John Sedgley (Green) 65
Phil Seeva (Conservative) 532.
The turnout was 42.4%
