SALTASH mayor and mayoress David and Helen Carter visited St Nicholas and St Faith Pre-school to present certificates to those who are leaving this term to start nursery classes at junior schools in September. Two of the pupils were Mr and Mrs Carter's children, four-year-old twins George and William. Fellow twins Molly and Lydia Wilmot, also aged four, left at the same time. Twelve children finished at the school to go on to the next one. Liz Fedrick, pre-school manager, welcomed the mayor and mayoress and parents of the children.
