A new children’s playgroup in Dobwalls will be holding a two-day Christmas gift fair at the village’s Memorial Hall next month.

Tumble Teds, which is run by a community voluntary group, has been meeting at the hall every Wednesday from 1pm-3pm since the beginning of October.

The gift fair event on Saturday and Sunday, November 5 and 6, will be in aid of the playgroup and the hall and has attracted 18 stalls on both days.

Opening times will be from 10am-2pm on the Saturday, and from 9am-1pm on the Sunday. Admission will be free and as well as the festive stalls there are children’s activities, some entertainment, food vans and candy floss.
