A plan to build 10 dormer bungalows and four affordable homes in Liskeard has been rejected. Cornwall’s planning east committee went against the advice of planning officers and unanimously blocked the scheme. Applicant N Churchill had been seeking outline planning permission for the properties on land next to the 1960s Trevillis Park development near the town’s railway station.
