A village will have a permanent library at last thanks to the efforts of its council. Millbrook’s micro-library may be small but it is bursting with books of all kinds. The facility is set to open next Saturday (April 23) at the Rame Centre on West Street and will be hosted by the Peninsula Trust. The micro-library will be open for at least 10 hours each week, and replaces a mobile service that only came to the village for 30 minutes every month, said trust manager Simon Ryan.
