A HOUSING development of 86 homes is set to go on sale during the next few weeks. Calcos Place in Kelly Bray, near Callington, has been built by Barratt Homes on the site of the old KB Products premises on Station Road. The development will consist of a selection of property types including two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes. 'A lot of detail has gone into the design of this development; it will have a traditional layout to give it a real community feel,' Caroline Hill, sales director at Barratt Homes, said: 'There will be landscaped communal space and dedicated parking areas for residents with the properties designed to really maximise every home owner's enjoyment. 'We are expecting interest from first time buyers, families and also those looking for a relaxing second home close to peaceful countryside.' Barratt Homes have yet to confirm an exact date but are set to put the properties on the market at the end of January, with prices released at the same time.
