Look out for Santa in Liskeard over the next two weekends as he’s guided around the town by the local Lions Club.

Usually the Lions and Santa take part in the Lights Up parade and greet shoppers at the local supermarkets, while collecting for the Lions charity, but this year they were unable to do that.

Instead Santa and his sleigh will be touring the town’s streets. He will be setting off tomorrow evening (Dec 12) at 5pm from Liskeard Community College and will visit many of the town’s housing estates. He’ll be back next Saturday (Dec 19) to do another tour.

The Lions say that Santa and his helpers will be observing social distancing regulations - and the event is weather dependent.
