LOOE’S harbour car parks have begun charging again today – and a slipway on the Looe River will be now be open with strict social distancing rules in place.
The Millpool slipway will be opened on a ’restricted hour’ basis with a menber of Looe Harbour Commissioners (LHC) staff present at all times.
A one-way queuing system will be in place to keep satff and users safe, says LHC.
’The times that the slip will be open, will be advertised on site and also on the Harbour website,’ said a spokesperson.
’Any queries should be directed to the Slip Master (07483 411 579) within the opening hours advertised.
’Our staff will do their best to ensure that the launching and recovery of vessels is done with minimum inconvenience to users and we request your co-operation and patience during this very difficult time.’
