I thoroughly agree with P V Wood of Minions (Cornish Times Letters, 31.03.06) with regard to the infamous Looe turn from the A38 to the B3252. It is extremely difficult to cross the carriageway with traffic coming up from the Plymouth direction at 80mph plus. Living where I do I have to execute a U-turn there to get back to my lane and that can be very scary. I contacted Colin Breed MP after the last 'improvements' and he had an assurance from the Highways Department that further improvements would be made. We are still waiting! The only solution is a roundabout.
