The latest Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Hand-rolled Sushi and comes from Kimiko Barber, a self-taught Japanese cook and demonstrator who teaches regularly at cookery schools around the UK.

She features this easy sushi recipe in her new cookbook entitled Japanese in 7, and says: ‘Hand-rolls are quick and easy to make and do not require any specialist equipment.’
