ST MELLION International Resort's re-arranged Lady Captain's Charity Day, to support Call South West, raised £372.

A field of 15 teams, consisting of two ladies and two Fossils, competed in a Waltz.

Despite good weather conditions and the restricted number of scores to count, it was necessary to base the results on 17 holes as lack of daylight prevented all teams being able to complete the full 18.

The winning team scored 92 points before being adjusted back to 84, while two other foursomes tied on 84 points before adjustment.

In addition to the main event, there were longest drive and nearest-the-pin competitions for both ladies and Fossils.
