A CHURCH is helping people to access benefits and apply for jobs through the creation of a new ICT suite.
The Wesley Online Centre at Liskeard’s Methodist Church is set to open its doors in September.
Around 30 volunteers are currently being trained to help run the facility, which has 12 workstations, as well as space for people to plug in their own tablets, laptops and phones. One aim is to help those without regular computer access.
