A group which sings for health and well-being will be performing in Liskeard today.

The Liskeard Singing for Lung Health group will be ‘Singing a Song’ for World COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) Day at the entrance to Liskeard Hospital.

Performances will take place at 12.30pm and at 1.20pm.

‘Our group is raising awareness of the positive effect singing can have on the management of symptoms, lung function and well-being,’ said a spokesperson.

‘We would be delighted if people come to hear us.’
