PEOPLE using the Tamar Valley Health Centres in Callington and Gunnislake are being asked to raise any issues they feel should be discussed. Various concerns raised by patients have already been addressed, said a spokesperson for the service, including the provision of children’s books at Callington. Baby changing facilities have been installed at both centres in reponse to patient feedback. Other issues, for which solutions are still being investigated, include: confidentiality for patients when talking to receptionists; and continuing problems with the practice website, for which a new design is being discussed.
