Devon and Cornwall Police have received a Gold Award in the prestigious Annual Health Workplace Assessment for their work within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to create a healthy workplace.

The award was supported by Cornwall Council and presented by Professor Dame Carl Black at the Royal Cornwall Showground.

The force had to meet strict criteria in categories such as creating a healthy workplace, health and safety, recruitment retention and return to work, mental well-being, physical activity and healthier eating.
