Public health experts in Cornwall have launched an online challenge.

The Get Active Challenge is a free six-week event for teams of three.

Whether you walk a little more every day through the initiative, cycle with the children or get out and about in any other way, the challenge will convert this activity into miles and plot your virtual progress as you try to make your way around the Cornish coastline.

The more activity you log, the further your team will advance online. You will be able to check your progress and see how your team is doing compared to others

The challenge starts on September 19 and you can register to take part at www.getactive challenge.co.uk/challenge
