A course to help people lead healthier lives and boost wellbeing will start in the Liskeard area on Monday (September 16).

Intentional Health is a ten-session group programme designed to support healthier choices on diet, exercise, managing stress, thinking positively, improving sleep, setting goals, and achieving a better life balance.

The course is run by trained volunteer coach from local churches and is suitable for people of any faith or none.

The first sessions will be at Liskeard Methodist Church from 12noon-2pm, or at Dobwalls United Church from 7-9pm.
