An industrial estate has been put up for sale by its pension fund owners.
Heathlands in Liskeard is home to a mix of businesses.
They’ll all be protected through the sale process, say agents Bruton Knowles, who are marketing the estate for £1.325m.
The firm’s Mark Slade said: ‘The sale is subject to the existing tenancies so those in situ are protected and there are no effects on their agreements.’
The estate, which includes 13 industrial units and one office unit, is being sold by the John Lewis Pension Fund.
