Students from Cornwall have been given a taste of life in the British Army.

The youngsters from Duchy College joined others from across the West Country at Rollestone Camp in Wiltshire.

They took part in an Army Look at Life programme as part of their military preparation and public service courses.

The students learnt teamwork skills and took part in leadership-based tasks.

One of the highlights was a military working dog demonstration, where the students learnt about the skill and life-saving capabilities of a search dog and its handler.
