A group of local students impressed the organisers at Plymouth Seafood Festival last weekend after assisting a host of guest chefs with preparing, cleaning, cooking and demoing their culinary skills on the main stage.

Celebrity local chef, Jacques Marchell, said the team of students who attended the Seafood Festival, ‘were attentive well-mannered and an addition to the success of the overall weekend.’

Level 2 Professional Cookery student, James Markes, said the festival was ‘a great learning experience.’
