Torpoint Community College and Carbeile Junior School will remain closed tomorrow as work continues to repair the mains gas supply which forced closure on Friday.

Headteacher Andrea Hazeldine said: The reason for the closure on Wednesday is that it appears there are separate gas feeds to Carbeile Junior School, TCC, and the Children’s Centre on the same site via the supply from the main road and the supply to this school has ongoing issues.’
