Pupils and staff at Landulph Primary School, near Saltash, are thrilled with the praise they have received from Ofsted.
The school has been rated as ‘Good’ following a short inspection visit in December 2016, triggered by the school converting to academy status.
Inspectors describe Landulph as having a harmonious and industrious atmosphere, where behaviour is exemplary and where pupils thrive.
Under the guidance of headteacher Esther Best, past weaknesses have been turned into areas of strength, says Ofsted.
Headteacher Esther Best said: ‘We are so very proud of the outcome of the inspection. It is recognition of the hard work and dedication of all staff to ensure that our children consistently receive the very best learning experiences.’
