Teenagers who live in North and East Cornwall are being encouraged to be among the first to apply for places at the new Callywith College in Bodmin as the College launches its new website and prospectus this week.

Callywith College will open in September 2017 with its first year intake of up to 660 16-year-old students from the North and East Cornwall area.

As well as the new website and 60-page prospectus, staff from the College will be on hand at a launch event in Bodmin town centre on Saturday, September 17 from 10am-3pm. Prospective students and their parents or carers can come along and discuss the College and find out more about the range of courses on offer.

The event takes place in Mount Folly Square, Bodmin, with an information talk by Mark Wardle, the new Principal Designate of Callywith College at 1pm in the Shire Hall.

The College’s new website - www.callywith.ac.uk - has been designed in association with Cornish website development company Nixon, based in Hayle.
