FISH were used by college pupils to create artwork at a special workshop. Lemon sole, pollack, plaice and flat fish featured in the event at Callington Community College as did squid and octopuses. Twenty-six students took part in the session with visiting artist Vicky Wiltshire and learning officer Hayley Buscombe. The pupils explored the print method known as gyotaku, which has been used by Japanese fishermen since the mid-1800s to log items in their catch.
