Lostwithiel Rotary Club will be presenting its annual ’Brighter Future’ event tomorrow, Wednesday, January 18, in The Gallery at the Eden Project.

The Opening Doors careers information event will run from 10am to 2.30pm, with many organisations and businesses taking part.

They will be offering professional help and advice to people who may not have yet decided which path to follow when leaving education.

Representatives from a broad spectrum of vocations will be present, including business employers, professional organisations, Government services and colleges of further education.

There will also be advice from the ‘trades’, examples of real-life experiences, a chance to talk and learn about various apprenticeships, and advice on how to start your own business.
