Torpoint's inability to hit the target cost them dear in this intriguing encounter in front of a healthy crowd of 192 at The Mill on Tuesday evening.
Said manager Stuart Dudley: 'I was very disappointed with our first-half display and I asked the players to be a bit braver in passing the ball to each other in the second half. Consequently, we played much better but, despite creating several chances, never really extended their goalkeeper.'
The Tamarsiders started strongly, with Adam Carter and Josh Grant both missing the target before Kevin Miller made a point-blank save from Lewis Edwards
– but as the half wore on, it was Bodmin who took the game to their hosts.
