A competition where local schoolchildren were asked to design and draw their dream property was held by Wainwright Estate Agents during the last lockdown. The organisers said the number of entries was fantastic and it was a difficult decision to pick a winner from each age group.
The the two winners both received tablets, one for themselves and one for their school.
They were Eve Kellaway, aged 12, who attends Callington Community College, and Lydia Quinn, who attends Brunel Primary School Saltash.
Wainwright Estate Agents manager Paul Sanders said: “Eve produced a delightful dream house full of colour and plenty of rooms and would be the ideal property to sit and relax in watching TV or playing your tunes.”
“Lydia’s design was a full on project and very impressive including pages for every room with full details and floor plans and a bowling alley, and certainly has a future in property design,” he added.
Wainwright Estate Agents would like to thank all the children from across Saltash, Plymouth and Callington who entered the competition.
