Local fishermen are seeing increasing numbers of dead dolphins in their trawl nets, says the Rame Peninsula Beach Care group.

Three dolphins were pulled up in a net around 10 miles offshore from Cawsand earlier this month. They had already died in another net and had been tied together by the tail and put back down into the water to sink, said RPBC’s Claire Wallerstein.
