ROYAL Mail has banned deliveries to a Saltash street 'as a last resort' after reports of two dog attacks since the beginning of the year.

Residents of Newman Road have been told to collect their mail from Saltash Delivery Office since the latest incident on March 24.

Residents have been informed the ban will last a month with Royal Mail saying it wants to resume deliveries as soon as it deems it safe to do so.

More on this in this week's Cornish Times.
