This week’s Cornish Times recipe of the week is for Prawn Moilee, a special dish from the London Bombay-style restaurant Dishoom Covent Garden.
Chef Naved Nasir describes it as a ‘light, fragrant and utterly delicious’ south Indian-style curry packed with juicy prawns and tempered with coconut milk. He includes it in the new Dishoom cookbook entitled 'From Bombay With Love'
